Dr Saraf has more than 10 years of clinical experience. She completed her Residency from Flushing Hospital Medical Center, New York. She is a Board Certified Internist and a Board Certified Bariatrician (weight loss expert).

Tamra is a registered dietitian with the American Dietetic Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany, and her Master of Science Degree from Herbert H. Lehman College of the City University of New York.

Tamra has experience working in a hospital outpatient setting counseling patients who undergo weight loss surgery and metabolic surgery.  She also provides medical nutrition therapy and seminars for weight loss, sports nutrition, prenatal care, diabetes, high cholesterol, cancer, renal disease, and eating disorders.
